Return and Refund Policy – BKH Organics

At BKH Organics, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade, and organic products with care and authenticity. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy for our customers.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Damaged product on arrival
  3. Expired or defective product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Photo or video proof is required for verification.
  • We accept return, exchange and replacement in 2 business days
  • Your exchange and replacement products will be delivered 5-7 business days

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Soaps or consumables purchased by mistake.
  • Change of mind after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if required), we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
    OR
  • Offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval and it settled to the original payment method.
