Return and Refund Policy – BKH Organics
At BKH Organics, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade, and organic products with care and authenticity. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy for our customers.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product on arrival
- Expired or defective product
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Photo or video proof is required for verification.
- We accept return, exchange and replacement in 2 business days
- Your exchange and replacement products will be delivered 5-7 business days
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Soaps or consumables purchased by mistake.
- Change of mind after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if required), we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
OR - Offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval and it settled to the original payment method.
