தயாரிக்கும் முறை

1. 5 கிராம் சூப் மிக்ஸை 200 மி.லி. தண்ணீரில் கட்டியில்லாமல் கலக்கவும்.
2. கொதிக்க வைத்து, குறைந்த தீயில் 5–7 நிமிடங்கள் சமைக்கவும். அவ்வப்போது கிளறவும்.
3. விருப்பப்பட்டால் சிறிதளவு நெய், வெண்ணெய் அல்லது கூடுதல் மிளகு சேர்த்துச் சூடாகப் பரிமாறவும்.

Ingredients

Oakleaf Basket Fern Root (Mudavatukal Kizhangu), fennel, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, urad dal (black gram), chana dal (split chickpeas), toor dal (split pigeon peas), pepper, cumin, coriander, garlic and salt.

How to prepare

1. Mix 5g of soup powder with 200 ml of water, stirring until free of lumps.
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add a little ghee, butter or extra pepper if desired, and serve hot.

Storage and food information
